The following enhancements are made for CINDE:
Live Agent Transfer Support on Multiple Channels
Along with the web chat, the user can now transfer conversations to an Analyst through the following channels:
- Microsoft Teams
- Slack
- Jabber

CINDE UI Enhancements
The look and feel of the KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE DETAILS slide/hide window in CINDE is improved for better user experience. The color and theme of the Helpful and Not helpful icons are improved. You can also easily hide the article by clicking the button.
