You can configure the Data settings and map the data based on the selected Module. 

To configure the ITSM Data Settings

  1. Select Orchestration > ITSM Data Settings. The ITSM DATA SETTINGS page is displayed.

  2. Select the Module Name from the drop-down list. Based on the selected Module, the Field Names are displayed to configure.
  3. Specify the required details.
  4. Click SUBMIT. The Data Settings for the selected Module are saved.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the ITSM DATA SETTINGS page:

ITSM DATA SETTINGS 

Field NameDefault names are displayed based on the Module selection.
Field AliasSpecify the required name to be displayed.
Control Type

Specify the type of control. Following are the types of controls:

  • Textbox
  • Dropdown
  • Autosearch
  • Treeview
Data Source NameSelect the Data Source name from the drop-down list.
Response KeySpecify the Response Key value.
Active

Select the checkbox to make configured data settings active.
