End Users_IT Clinic

End Users are the users of the organization's IT infrastructure. Whenever, they face minor issues (for example, Enabling USB port, Mouse/ LAN cable ), they book Appointments to resolve the issues. 

You, as an End User, can perform the following actions using the IT Clinic module:

• Book Appointment, see Booking Appointments.

• View, Cancel, or Reschedule the Appointments that you booked, see Managing Appointments.
