Time Sheet Approval


Time Sheet Approval

The process of evaluating and approving the hours that employees have reported working for a certain period is known as time sheet approval. By doing this, you may be confident that the hours worked are accurate, compliant with the employer's standards and legal requirements, and prepared for payroll processing.

Configure Time Sheet Approval

  1. Navigate to Project > User > Time Sheet Approval.
  2. Select the required Time Sheet for any of the four actions as given in the ACTIONS.

On the ACTIONS panel, the following icons are available.

Field

Description

Choose the icon to Approve the selected Time Sheets

Choose the icon to put the selected Time Sheets on Hold. 

Choose the icon to Reject the selected Time Sheets. 

Choose the icon to Log Time Sheet.
