Viewing and Updating Service Catalogs

You can view the list of Service Catalogs configured for a Category and Sub-category under a selected Tenant. If the status of the Service Catalog is Maintenance, you can modify the Service Catalog details.
To view/update Service Catalogs:
- Select Catalog > User > Edit Service Catalog.
- On the SERVICE CATALOG LIST page, a list of all the configured Service Catalogs are displayed under LIST table.

- On the APPROVE SERVICE CATALOG page, the details of the selected Service Catalog is displayed. For more information about the fields on the APPROVE SERVICE CATALOG page see, Approving and Publishing Service Catalogs.
If the status of the Service Catalog is Maintenance, you cannot make any changes on this page. Click the EDIT CATALOG icon on the ACTIONS panel to update the Service Catalog details. The FORM BUILDER page is displayed. Make the appropriate changes and click SUBMIT. For information about the various fields on the FORM BUILDER page, see Creating Service Catalogs.
Note:
The Service Catalog Items, which are in Maintenance status are not available to the End Users while logging Service Requests (see: Logging Service Requests topic in Service Request Management).
- If the status of the Service Catalog is anything other than Maintenance, you can change the Approval Status. You can select or clear the Enable Service Request check box and make selections for Available Locations, Applicable Customers, Applicable User Level, and Applicable User Type. You can select or clear the Enable Service Entitlement check box and make selections for Entitle Locations, Entitle Customers, Entitle User Level, and Entitle User Type.

- If the status of the Service Catalog is anything other than Maintenance, you can change the Approval Status. You can select or clear the Enable Service Request check box and make selections for Available Locations, Applicable Customers, Applicable User Level, and Applicable User Type. You can select or clear the Enable Service Entitlement check box and make selections for Entitle Locations, Entitle Customers, Entitle User Level, and Entitle User Type.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons on the ACTIONS panel of the SERVICE CATALOG LIST page.
Filters
Click the Filters icon to specify the filter to display the service catalogs. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Specify the filter options and click SUBMIT.

ADD NEW
Click to create a new Service Catalog. For information about creating Service Catalogs, see Creating Service Catalogs.
