Administrators KM

The Administrators are the users with special privileges who can configure the SUMMITAI Suite as per the organization's requirements. They have access to configure the various options in the application, which are then available to the Analysts and End Users. Depending upon the organization size and requirements, Administrators can be assigned for Customers or Tenants. 

You, as an Administrator, can perform the following actions in the Knowledge Management module:

• Configure Category, see Configuring Category for KM
• Configure Classification, see Configuring Classification
• Configure Knowledge Record Approvers, see Configuring Knowledge Record Approvers
• Configure Reasons, see Configuring Reasons
• Configure External Websites, see Configuring External Websites
