Adding Holidays
- Enterprise IT
The Holiday List is the list of holidays set by an organization and may be also specific to a particular location. It is important to set the Holiday List as it helps to calculate SLA response and SLA resolution for escalations and also to check the availability of Workgroups. By default, the application considers the declared Holiday list for calculating SLAs. You can add, modify, or delete Holidays. You can choose to add Holidays one by one or can also import Holidays using Microsoft Excel.
To add a Holiday:
- Select Admin > Advanced > Productivity > Holiday.
- On the HOLIDAY page, click ADD NEW.
- Type in the new Holiday details. For information about the fields on the HOLIDAY page, see 167804952.
- Click SUBMIT. A new Holiday is added.
