Report Description
The Incident Vs. Resolution Time Report displays the time taken to resolve an Incident (for a selected set of Workgroups and the selected location).

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the INCIDENT VS. RESOLUTION TIME REPORT page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT VS. RESOLUTION TIME REPORT page.

- When the month filter is set to current:
- The report will display incident data for the current month and all previous months together.
- On clicking View Data, report column header reads "Previous Month" instead of "Previous Months".
- When the month filter is set to any particular month:
- On clicking View Data, report column header reads "Current Month" instead of "Selected Months".
- The report will display incident data for the selected month.
