Generating Discovery Report

You can get a discovery report in tabular format that list the device attributes discovered from different discovery sources. Based on the filter criteria, the reports can be filtered and exported to excel format. Refer to the following steps to access the report: 

  1. Navigate to Admin > DISCOVERY REPORT > LIST. The DISCOVERY REPORT page is displayed. 
  2. Click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel and specify the filter criteria (name of the Tenant) under the field. The FILTERS pop-up window is displayed as shown:

  3. Click SUBMIT to view a particular set of discovery records. The filtered records are displayed for specific criteria as shown in the screenshot.  


  4. On the ACTIONS panel, click EXPORT TO EXCEL  to export the filtered report to Microsoft Excel sheet.

    The discovery report for the filtered records in excel format are displayed as shown in the link: 
    Report_01_Jul_22_034042.xls

    Alternatively, you can use EXPORT ALL option to export all the records to Microsoft Excel sheet.
