You can configure or modify the Change Types for Change Records (CRs) under a Tenant. You can add a new Change Type and map it to a configured Source Change Type.
To configure Change Types:
- Select Change > Configuration > Change Type.
- On the CHANGE TYPE page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
- Select the Tenant and specify the Source Change Type from the Source Change Type list. Specify a name to the Change Type in the Change Type text box. If you select the Active check box, the Change Type becomes an available option in the Change Type list on the other pages of the application.
- Click SUBMIT. A new Change Type is configured.
