You can import multiple Budgets from a Microsoft Excel sheet. By importing in bulk, you do not have to create a new Budget each time.
To import Budgets in bulk:
- Select Procurement > Configuration > Budget.
- On the BUDGET page, click IMPORT on the ACTIONS panel. The IMPORT BUDGET pop-up page is displayed.
- On the IMPORT BUDGET pop-up page, click the Download Template icon on the upper-right corner of the page. The Budget_Config_Template Excel workbook is downloaded. Fill in the Budget details in the template and save it.
- Under the UPLOAD tab, select the Tenant for which you want to import the Budgets and upload the saved Budget_Config_Template Excel workbook in the Source field. Click NEXT.
