Configuring Schedule Maintenance

You can schedule Services for maintenance purposes. A Service can comprise set of availability components, such as Servers, Routers, network devices, and so on. On timely basis, there might be a need to verify the proper functioning of these components. The Administrators can schedule the related Services in these cases.
To configure Schedule Maintenance:
- Select CMDB > Configuration > Schedule Maintenance.
- On the SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
- Select the Tenant. Provide details in the From Date (and Time), To Date (and Time), and Remarks fields. Select the check box for the Services you want to schedule from the table.
- Click SUBMIT. The Services are scheduled.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the scheduled Services for the selected Tenant. To delete a Service from the schedule, click the Delete icon.

- To edit a scheduled Service, click the CI ID of the Service. Make the required changes and click SUBMIT.
Note:
When the list of scheduled Services are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to schedule a new Service.
Filters
Click Filters to specify the From Date and To Date on the FILTERS pop-up page to display the Services scheduled during the specified dates. Click SUBMIT.
