Authorizing Knowledge Records

After a Knowledge Record is created, the Workgroup Owner should authorize the Knowledge Record. The Authorizer can also edit the KR if required.
To authorize a Knowledge Record:
- Click Knowledge > User > Knowledge Record List.
- On the KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page, click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel and select Submitted in Status drop-down list and click SUBMIT.
- Click the KR ID from the LIST on the KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page.
