Searching Assets

You can search for Assets (Fixed, Accessories, Consumable, and Software) by specifying appropriate filter criteria on the FILTERS  pop-up pages.

To search for specific Assets:

1. On the ASSET INVENTORY page (Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory), under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, select the Asset type for the Asset you want to search. For example, to search for Fixed Assets, click the FIXED icon.

2. On the selected <ASSET TYPE> page, click Filters. the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Specify the required filter criteria to view a particular set of Assets, and then click SUBMIT. For more information about the fields on the FILTERS  pop-up page, click the respective drop-down Hotspot.
