The Copy Records from Incident Management option allows you to copy configuration data from the Incident Management module to theĀ Service Request Management module. This helps to save time in configuring similar data. This option is available only if there is no values are configured for the selected Tenant.
To copy data from Incident Management:
- Open any of the configuration pages in the Ā Service Request Management module. For example, RESOLUTION CODE page.
- Select Request > Configuration > Service Request Masters > Resolution Code.
- On the RESOLUTION CODE page, click COPY RECORDS FROM INCIDENT MANAGEMENT icon on the ACTIONS panel.
Figure: RESOLUTION CODE page Click OK on the pop-up page that appears to confirm the action. The configuration data is copied from Incident Management module.
