You can configure RCA Types for the selected Tenant. The RCA type is the type of RCA under which a RCA can be defined.
To configure RCA Type:
- Select Problem > Configuration > RCA Type.
- On the RCA TYPE page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
- Select the Tenant, type in the name for the RCA in the RCA Name text box and specify a numeric value in the Sort Order text box. If you select the Active check box, the RCA Type becomes an available option on the other pages of the application.
- Click SUBMIT. A new RCA Type is configured.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the RCA TYPE page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST showing all the configured RCA Types for the selected Tenant.

RCA Type ID column in the LIST table displays the ID associated with every configuration.
- To edit a RCA Type, select the RCA Type. Make appropriate changes and click SUBMIT.
- To display the inactive RCA Types, click the Include Inactive check box.
Note:
When the configured RCA Types are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to configure a new RCA Type.
