You can view the list of Appointments and cancel or re-schedule an Appointment.
To view or update Appointments:
- Select IT Clinic > User > My Appointments. The MY APPOINTMENTS page is displayed.
- On the MY APPOINTMENTS page, the list of Appointments are displayed.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on APPOINTMENT ID page:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Tenant | Displays the name of the Tenant. |
Location | Displays the location. |
Kiosk | Displays the name of the kiosk. |
Capture Meeting Details | Displays Yes or No. |
Appointment Slot | Displays the date and time of the appointment. |
Symptom | Displays symptom details about the appointment. |
Description | Displays the brief description about the appointment. |
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the APPOINTMENT ID page.
SHOW LIST
Click to view the list of appointments booked by you.
CANCEL APPOINTMENT
Click CANCEL APPOINTMENT on the ACTIONS panel to cancel the Appointment. Type in the Cancellation Remarks and click SUBMIT.

RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
Click RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT on the ACTIONS panel to reschedule the Appointment to a future date or time.
