Configuring Switch User

You can configure to enable a user to switch or sign in as another user.
To give access for switching to another User:
- Select Admin > Basic > Users > Switch User List. The SWITCH USER LIST page is displayed.

Figure: SWITCH USER page On the SWITCH USER page, specify all the required information. To know more about the fields available on the SWITCH USER page, see Field Description section below.
Note:
Make sure that you have selected at least one Customer, Location, or Individual.
Click SUBMIT. After the successful submission, sign out and sign in again to view the changes.
Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the USER LIST page:
Field | Description |

LIST | |
User | Type in and select the User to provide switch user access. |
Customer | Select the customer(s) from the list of customers associated with the selected user. The User can switch or sign in as any active User belongs to the selected customer. |
Location | Select the location(s) from the list of locations mapped with the user domain. The user can switch or sign in as any active User belongs to the selected location. |
Switch To User | Type in and select the User(s) mapped with the user domain. The impersonating User can switch or sign in as the User selected in the Switch To User field. After selection, the selected Switch To User gets added in the Selected Switch To Users field. |
Active | If this check box is selected, the User can switch or sign in as the selections done on this page. |
Notify Users | If this check box is selected, both the Users (impersonating and impersonated) receive e-mail notifications when one User switches to another. |
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SWITCH USER page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to view the list of users allowed to switch or sign in as another user.
