Configuring Password Expiry

On the PASSWORD EXPIRY CONFIGURATION page, you can configure the password expiry details.
To configure password expiry:
- Select Admin > Advanced > Password Management > Password Expiry Configuration. The PASSWORD EXPIRY CONFIGURATION page is displayed. Click ADD NEW under ACTIONS panel.
- On the PASSWORD EXPIRY CONFIGURATION page, specify the required details. For more information about the fields on this page, see Field Description.
- Click SUBMIT. The password expiry configuration details are added.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the PASSWORD EXPIRY CONFIGURATION page:

Path | Specify the path of the Domain. |
User Name | This field is auto-populated. |
Password | This field is auto-populated. |
Notify (in Days) Before Password Expires | Specify the number of days from which the user receives password expiry notifications. Note: The No. of days can be specified in two formats. For example:

Notify (in Days) After Password Expires | Specify the number of days till which the user receives notifications after password expiry. |
Mail Subject | Specify the subject of the notification e-mail. |
Mail Content | Specify the content of the notification e-mail. |
Enable SSL | Select the check box to enable SSL. |
Active | Indicates the status for the password expiry configuration:

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the PASSWORD EXPIRY CONFIGURATION page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table, showing all the configured password expiry details in the SummitAI application.

- To edit password expiry configuration details, click the OU Path. Make the required changes and click SUBMIT.
To display the inactive password expiry configuration details, select the Include Inactive check box.
Note:
When the password expiry configuration details are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to add a new password expiry configuration details.
