New list page has been added for the ITSM configurations screen so that users may add multiple products in the future.

ITSM settings define the product that is configured to SummitAI Service Automation.

ITSM INTEGRATION SETTINGS 

Product Name

Select the product chosen to integrate with Service Automation from the drop-down list.

Currently, you can select only SummitAI Application to proceed further. 

A base URL can be entered to define the Application Programming Interface (API) that will fetch the data for events, incidents, service requests from the product/customer application.

Specify the API URL of the selected ITSM product to get the access to pull or push the data.

A Validate button is available to check the API base URL specified in the screen
