Enhancement of CR Approval Workflow

Feature released in SummitAI Service Management (Alps SP1, Change Management)

What's New?

Earlier, while creating Change Records (CRs), the user had to select the Approver(s) for all the user selectable approval(s) configured in the Workflow irrespective of the condition(s) defined in the Workflow.

Now, if any user selectable approval(s) is configured in the Workflow along with condition(s), the user selectable approval is displayed based on the conditions met while creating or updating the Change Record.

Note:

The CR Workflow does not change based on condition for the following CR status: Closed, Cancelled, and Not authorized.
