Configuring HOD

You can configure the Head of Tenant (HOD) details for various units or groups in an organization. You can configure HOD names based on Customer types or Locations or any other parameter. You can configure the Approver names for different types of Services. You can specify the levels of approval required from the management team members for a specific type of a Service Request (SR) from the End Users.
To configure HOD:
- Select Catalog > Configuration > HOD.
- On the HOD page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
- Type in the new HOD details. For information about the fields on the HOD page, see Field Description.
- Click SUBMIT. A new HOD is configured.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the HOD page:

DETAILS | |
Attribute Name | Select an attribute name from the list. |
Attribute Value | Select an attribute name from the list. |
HOD | Type in a name of the person, who is the head of the Tenant for the selected customer/location. As you type in the name of the person the matching names are displayed in the list. Select an appropriate name from the list. To search for an appropriate person name, click the Select User icon. For information about searching users, see Searching Users. |
Active | Indicates the status set for a HOD.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons on the ACTIONS panel of the HOD page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the HOD configured for the selected Tenant.

- To edit a HOD, click the Attribute Value. Make appropriate changes and click SUBMIT.
- To display the inactive HOD values, click the Include Inactive check box.
Note:
When the configured HODs are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to configure a new HOD.
