The Licence Key Inventory report provides a list of Assets along with the license names and related license keys of the Software installed in the Assets. It also provides the Asset details, such as Asset ID, Asset Serial No., Host name, Asset Allocation Status, Customer and the Asset user details, such as User Name, E-mail ID, Emp. ID and so on. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the LICENSE KEY INVENTORY page.

Filters

Click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the License Key Inventory report. The FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required fields and click SUBMIT.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields in the FILTERS pop-up page:

Fields

Description

Tenant

Select the Tenant from the list.

Customer

Select the Customer from the list.

Location

Select the location from the LOCATION tree.

Include Store Asset

Select the check box to include In-Store Assets.

Product Name

  • To view all the Products, enter %, and then click SEARCH.
  • To view a specific Product, enter %<product's name>%, and then click SEARCH.

Product

Available Products

Displays all the available Products based on the search in the Product Name field. Click the  icon to include a Product in the Restrict Product To field.

Restrict Product To

Displays all the Products that are selected in the Available Product field. Click the icon to remove a Product.

PRINT

Click PRINT to print the displayed report records.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
