You can export the Assets to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
To export the Assets:
Select Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory.
On the ASSET INVENTORY page under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, click FIXED.
On the FIXED ASSET page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required filter criteria and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see Searching Assets.
Select the check box corresponding to the Assets that you want to export. On the ACTIONS panel, click EXPORT TO EXCEL or EXPORT ALL.
Note:
To export the records displayed on this page, click EXPORT TO EXCEL. To export all the records, click EXPORT ALL.
