License Monitoring
- Saranya S (Unlicensed)
- Shilpa K (Deactivated)
- Mayuresh Balaji Kamble (Unlicensed)
Using the LICENSE MONITORING page, the Administrators can monitor the usage of Licenses by the Concurrent Analysts. If a session is idle for a long time, the Administrator can terminate the session of an Analyst. If all the available Licenses are utilized by the Analysts, the deactivation of a License helps the next Analyst use it. For more information about Licensing, see SummitAI Service Management Licensing.
To monitor License usage:
- Select Admin > Advanced > License > License Monitoring. LICENSE MONITORING page is displayed. The list of all the logged in Analysts using the Licenses are displayed in the LIST section.
- To deactivate any Analyst from the list, click the Deactivate icon. The deactivated Analyst name disappears from the list.
