You can view and monitor the details of all the Proxy Servers configured on the organization's network on the PROXY VIEW page.
To view Proxy View:
- Select Admin> Basic> Infrastructure> Proxy View.
- On the PROXY VIEW page, a list of all the configured Proxy Servers is displayed.
- Select the Refresh Interval from the list for the PROXY VIEW page.
- You can view the Proxy Servers in Tile view and Tabular view.
In the Tile view, click the Proxy Server tile to view the Proxy Server details (see: Viewing Proxy Server Details).

Figure: PROXY VIEW (Tile view)The Proxy Server status information is displayed with different status indicator images in the Tile view. The following table describes the various Proxy Server status information displayed on the PROXY VIEW page:
Field Description Indicates that the Proxy Server is Down. Indicates that the Proxy Server is Up. Indicates that the Proxy Server is Up, but the Proxy Server Monitoring is Not Successful. Indicates that the Server is Up and only Availability Monitoring is available for the Server. This status is displayed for the Server for which the Administrator selects the Monitoring By field as None while adding the Server on the ADD SERVER page.
Note: Only the Details tab is displayed for this Status. You can not view other details, such as CPU, Memory, and HDD utilization details.Indicates that the Proxy Server is Up and there is an Utilization Alert.
Displays the Vendor logo. In this image, it indicates that the Proxy Sever is from DELL vendor.
Displays the logo of the Operating System that is installed on the Proxy Server.
Displays the host name of the Server.
Displays the IP address of the Proxy Server.
In the Tabular view, click the ID of the Proxy Server to view the details (see: Viewing Proxy Server Details).

Field
Description
ID
Displays the ID of the Proxy Server. Click the ID to view the Proxy Server Details (see Viewing Proxy Server Details).
Status
Indicates the status of the Proxy Server.
Domain Name
Displays the Domain Name of the Proxy Server.
Host Name
Displays the Host Name of the Proxy Server.
IP Address
Displays the IP address of the Proxy Server.
User
Displays the e-mail id of the user of the Proxy Server.
Last Communicated
Displays the date and time on which the Proxy Server was Up as per the last communication.
Current Version
Displays the current version of the Proxy Server. If the Proxy Server is not updated to the current version, it is displayed in red color.
To upgrade the Proxy Server, select the check box corresponding to the Proxy Server, the Schedule Time field is displayed. Select the date when you want to upgrade the Version of the Proxy Server and click UPGRADE PROXY.
Latest Available Version
Displays the latest available version of the Proxy Server.
Last Auto Updated Time
Displays the date and time at which Proxy Server was last auto upgraded.
Proxy Type
Displays the Proxy type of the Proxy Server.
Primary Proxy
Displays the primary Proxy.
Delete
Click the delete icon to delete the Proxy Server.
Location
Displays the Location of the Proxy Server.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the PROXY VIEW page.
PROXY LOCATION MAPPING
Click PROXY LOCATION MAPPING to map the Proxy Server to a location. On the PROXY LOCATION MAPPING pop-up page, select the location to which you want to map the Proxy Server from the Location list. Click SUBMIT.

UPGRADE INFORMATION
Click UPGRADE INFORMATION to view the Online Help for auto upgrading of Proxy Server.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the list of records displayed on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
MAP VLAN
Click MAP VLAN to map the VLAN configuration to proxy. For more information about this feature, see Mapping VLAN to Proxy.
