Report Description

The Purchase Request Feedback Report displays the feedback received on Purchase Requests for the selected Tenant during the time period you specified.

The Average Feedback Rating section displays the average feedback rating for each feedback question. The Feedback Trend for Last 6 Months section displays feedback trend for last 6 months for each question. For more information on how to view reports, see Viewing Reports_Procurement.

On the FEEDBACK QUESTIONS table, you can view all the configured feedback questions. On the FEEDBACK table, you can view a list of Purchase Requests (PRs) with the comments and feedback ratings provided for each question. Click the PR Code to view the PR details.

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the PURCHASE REQUEST FEEDBACK report page.

Filters

Click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the Purchase Order Feedback report.
