Search report displays the report of PRs based on your search criteria. You can view details such as PR ID, Registration time, Type, Status, Category, Assigned Workgroup, Impact, and so on. You can view the current status of each Problem Record individually. You can evaluate progress of the Problem Record and the breakdown of Problem Records by status.

On the table, click the PR ID hyperlink to view the PR details. For information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SEARCH page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the SEARCH Report.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
