Software Installation By Customer Report

The Software Installation By Customer Report displays graphical and tabular reports for software installations by the customers based on the specified Tenant, location, and other details. You can view a detailed or summarized report on the count of software installations. This report is helpful for easier maintenance and to count the number of installations done by a specific customer/s from the single user interface.

Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Steps to Access Report
To view the Software Installation By Customer report, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Software Installation By Customer Report.
2. Click Filters.
   The Filters pop-pup page is displayed.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the Field Description table.
   The following table describes the fields available under the FILTERS pop-up page.

   The following table describes the fields available under the FILTERS pop-up page:

   Field	Description
   Tenant	Select the required tenant from the drop-down list.
   Customer	Specify the customer for which you want to display the report.
   Location	Specify the location from the location hierarchy tree.
   Software Type	Select type of the software from the drop-down list. Available options are as follows: Summary - Select this option if you want to view the summary of report. Detail - Select this option if you want to view the detailed report.
   Include In-Store Assets	Select the check box to include In-Store Assets.
   Search By	Select the required option from the drop-down list. Available options are as follows: All Publisher - Select this option if you want to display the report for all publishers. All Software - Select this option if you want to display the report for all software. Select the Publisher. -  Select this option if you want to display the report for a specific publisher. Select the Software. - Select this option if you want to display the report for a specific software.
   Publisher	Select the specific publisher or publishers from the drop-down list for which you want to display the report. Note: This field is enabled only if Search By is selected as Select the Publisher.
   Software	Select the specific software or softwares from the drop-down list for which you want to display the report. Note: This field is enabled only if Search By is selected as Select the Software.
   Search Value	Specify the search value.

4. Click Submit.
   The Software Installation By Customer report is displayed. A sample screenshot is shown below:

   Graphical View
   x-axis	Displays the software installation count relative to the customer.
   y-axis	Displays the name of the customer.
   Chart Type	Specify the type of the chart in which form you want to display the report. Available options are as follows: ScrollColumn2D  Screenshot ScrollArea2D  Screenshot ScrollLine2D  Screenshot
   Download	Click the Download icon on the top-right corner of the report to download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG vector image. Available options are as follows: Export as PNG Export as JPG Export as PDF Export as SVG Export as CSV
   LIST
   SL No.	Displays the serial number.
   Customer	Displays the name of the customer.
   Installation Count	Displays the count of software installations relative to the customer. Click on the count hyperlink to view the detailed information about the specific asset such as Asset Code, Category, Asset ID, Serial Number, Host Name, Store Location, Asset Store, Floor Location, Asset Floor and so on.
