Open Problem Management Detail

Open Problem Management detail report displays the detailed information of open Problem Records. You can view details such as PR ID, Registered Time, Status, Description, Approval Date, Approver User Name, Classification Name, Company Name, Priority Name, Sub Function Name, Testing Details, and so on.

It will help you to track the open problem record in an efficient manner. You can filter out the open problem record based on the selected filter criteria. Detailed information may leads you to reach out to root cause of problem and problem resolution.

Click on   icon to update the search results of the report based on the filter criteria.

On the table, click on the  icon under the Problem ID column to display the vertical view of the remaining set of field details of the report which are not visible in the horizontal view of the report. For information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports.

FILTERS

Click FILTERS to specify the filter criteria to display the records in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

FIELDS

Click on FIELDS to select the required fields which needs to get displayed in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

Field 

Description

Click  icon to move the selected fields from the left pane of field list to the right pane of field list. The fields appears in the right pane will get displayed in the report.

Click   icon to move the selected fields from the right pane of field list to the left pane of field list. The fields appears in the left pane will not get displayed in the report.

Click  icon to move the selected field(s) one position above in the field list of right pane.

Click  icon to move the selected field(s) one position down in the field list of right pane.

Click  icon to display the field properties of the selected field in the right pane of field list. A sample screenshot is shown below:
