User Registration Details Report

Report Description

On the USER REGISTRATION DETAILS REPORT, you can view the Active Directory (AD) users’ registration status and count of registered and non-registered AD users in ADPM. For non-registered users, you can send request to perform self-registration. 

Only if the user’s account is registered, they can reset the password or unlock the account. 

You can view the graphical and tabular report on the registration details of the user such as User Name, Registration Status, E-mail ID and so on.

FILTERS

This section explains the filters field description, Click Filters to select the Tenant and other filter criteria based on which the list of report is displayed.

FIELD DESCRIPTION 

The following table describes the fields on the Filter pop-up.

Fields 

Description 

User Name 

Displays the report of the specified user. 

Status 

Displays the report based on the selected status of the user. There are two types of status: 

  1. Registered: Indicates the users already registered in Active Directory (AD). 
  2. Non-Registered: Indicates the users not registered in Active Directory (AD).  
     
    Note: Only if the user’s account is registered, they can reset the password or unlock the account. 

Updated Time 

Displays the report based on the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates selected. 

Join Date 

Displays the report based on the join date of the user. 

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the USER REGISTRATION DETAILS REPORT page.

Icons 

Action 

 

Prints the selected report. 

 

Exports the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel. 

 

Exports all the records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
