View Other Workgroup Work Order

What's New?

Earlier, the user who created Work Order (WO) was not able to access WO when it was assigned to other Workgroups for which the user was not having access.

Now, a new check box View Other Workgroup Work Orders is added under the WORKORDER section on the APPLICATION SETTINGS page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Application Setting > Select View Other Workgroup Work Order). If this check box is selected, View All Work Orders check box is enabled on the FILTERS pop-up page of the WORK ORDER LIST page. Also, the user can view the list of all the Work Orders irrespective of his or her access to the workgroup.

Now, a Requestor or Caller of the Work Order can add the user communication and related attachment under the COMMUNICATION tab of the respective Work Order Details page. Whereas, the users who are not the Requestor or Caller of the Workgroup can only view the Work Order.
