About Exchange Server Dashboard
On the Exchange Server Dashboard page (Dashboard > Select Operations Dashboard menu > Exchange Server Dashboard), you can view the Exchange Server details for a selected Tenant and Server. You can view Exchange Server details for the selected roles, such as Critical Information, Mailbox Server, Client Access Server, Hub Transport Server, Edge Transport Server or select All option to view the report for all the roles on the dashboard.
CRITICAL INFORMATION
You can view the queue details of Hub Transport Server and Edge Transport Server. You can view the count of queue for Servers, such as Submission, Mailbox Delivery, Remote Delivery, Poison, and Unreachable. You can also view the graphical representation of the queue details.
- In the Mailbox Database Status section, you can view the database status through Mapi Connectivity and MailFlow Result protocols. The green color indicates that the database Server is well-functioning. You can view the Mailbox details by clicking on the Total Mailbox hyperlink.
- In the Outlook Web Accessibility Test section, you can view web accessibility of URLs by displaying the latency. You can view the details of the Server by clicking the latency hyperlink. HTS connector plays a main role in sending and receiving e-mails to users.
- In the HTS Connectors section, you can view if the connector is enabled.
- In the SMTP Connectivity Test on Receive Connectors section, you can view the SMTP port, connector and status. The SMTP Connectivity Test on Receive Connectors is used to check the status of the receiving e-mails.
CLIENT ACCESS SERVER INFORMATION
You can view the latency of the Server by Active Sync Test, Web Services Connectivity Test, Outlook Connectivity Test, Pop Connectivity Test, and IMAP Connectivity Tests. The reports are displayed under the respective sections.
Active Sync Test is the synchronized test between mobile and a mailbox. POP Connectivity Test is used to measure the latency of the Pop Server. IMAP Connectivity test is used to measure the latency of the IMAP protocol.
EDGE TRANSPORT SERVER INFORMATION
You can view the Top Ten Spam Offenders, External Mailflow Test, Outbound Messages to Top Ten External Domains by Size, Outbound Messages to Top Ten External Domains by Court, Inbound Messages from Top External Domains by Count, Inbound Messages from Top External Domains by Size, Top Ten Senders to External Domain by Mail Size, Top Ten Senders to External Domain by Mail Count, Top Ten Receivers from External Domains by Mail Size, and Top Ten Receivers from External Domains by Mail Count. The reports are displayed under the respective sections.
HUB TRANSPORT SERVER INFORMATION
You can view the Dumpster Queue in Hub Transport Server (rate at which the e-mails are added and removed from the respective queues), Connectivity Test between Hub Transport and Mailbox Servers, Synchronization between Hub and Edge Transport Servers, and Connection Information. The reports are displayed under the respective sections.
MAILBOX SERVER INFORMATION
You can view the mailbox usage. You can view the Top Ten Mailboxes by User based on the Mailbox Size, Top Ten Senders by Mail Size, Top Ten Senders by Mail Count, Top Ten Receivers by E-mail Size, and Top Ten Receivers by Mail Count.
