Viewing Network Link Details

On the NETWORK LINK DETAILS pop-up page, you can view the Network Link details, such as Details, Utilization, Errors, Relationship, and Events List.
To view Network Link Details:
- Select Operations > User > Views > Network View.
- On the NETWORK VIEW page, select the Tenant to view the Views created for the selected Tenant.
- A list of configured Views is displayed. Click the View name that you want to view.
On the Drawing Board, click the Link to view Network Link details. For more information about the fields on the NETWORK LINK DETAILS page, see Field Description.
Note:
You can also view the NETWORK LINK DETAILS pop-up page by clicking the Link Name hyperlink under the Links tab on the NETWORK DEVICE DETAILS pop-up page (See: Viewing Network Device Details) or by clicking the Device Name hyperlink on the Associate Links and Interfaces pop-up page (See: Network Device View).

Field Description
The following section describes the fields on the NETWORK LINK DETAILS pop-up page.
Under the DETAILS tab, you can view the Status, Current Availability, Link details, and Event trends of the selected Link. For more information about the DETAILS tab, see the following field description:

The following table describes the fields under the DETAILS tab:
Field | Description |

Status | Displays the status details of the Link. |
Link Capacity (in Kbps) | Displays the capacity of the Link. |
Source Device IP | Displays the Source Device IP. |
Source Interface | Displays the Source Interface. |
Destination Device IP | Displays the Destination Device IP. |
Status | Displays the status of the device in color code. |
Top 5 Downtime Details | Displays the top five downtime details of the Link. In this section, you can view the downtime, uptime, and duration. |
Current Availability | Displays the Current Availability graph of the Link. You can view the current up and down percentage. |
DETAILS | Displays the Link details. |
Tenant | Displays the Tenant name. |
Link Capacity | Displays the Link Capacity. |
Source Device IP | Displays the device IP of the Source. |
Destination Device IP | Displays the device IP of the Destination. |
Source Description | Displays the Source description. |
Destination Description | Displays the Destination description. |
Source Interface IP | Displays the Interface IP of the source. |
Destination Interface IP | Displays the Interface IP of the destination. |
Source Interface | Displays the Interface details of the Source. |
Destination Interface | Displays the Interface details of the Destination. |
Source Ifindex | Displays the Ifindex of the Source. |
Destination Ifindex | Displays the Ifindex of the Destination. |
Source Port Speed | Displays the Port Speed of the Source. |
Destination Port Speed | Displays the Port Speed of the Destination. |
Source Port Status (Administrative) | Displays the Administrative Port Status of the Source. |
Destination Port Status (Administrative) | Displays the Administrative Port Status of the Destination. |
Source Port Status (Operational) | Displays the Operational Port Status of the Source. |
Destination Port Status (Operational) | Displays the Operational Port Status of the Destination. |
BGP Peer | Displays the BGP Peer. |
Remote Ping IP Address | Displays the Remote Ping IP Address. |
Service Entitlement | Displays the Service Entitlement. |
Under the UTILIZATION tab, you can view the Link In and Link Out utilization percentage, the graph of Current Link Utilization for the selected Link. Event Trends of the selected Link for the current day, week, six month, and a year are displayed.

The following table describes the fields under the UTILIZATION tab:
Field | Description |

Utilization (in) | Displays the Link Data Utilization Inflow in KB for the current day, last seven days, last month, and last six months. |
Utilization (out) | Displays the Link Data Utilization Outflow in KB for the current day, last seven days, last month and last six months. |
Current Link Utilization | Displays the Current Link Utilization for the selected Link. You can mouse over on the graph to view the bandwidth and time |
CONFIGURE THRESHOLD PARAMETER | |
Link Utilization | Click the Link Utilization hyperlink to view the Link Utilization Graph for the selected time period. You can view the Link Utilization for daily,daily detail,weekly, and monthly. |
Link Capacity | Displays the Link Capacity. |
1000000 Kbps | Displays the percentage of Link Capacity. |
Utilization | Displays the Link Utilization. |
Threshold High (%) | Type in the High Threshold value for the Link. |
Threshold Medium (%) | Type in the Medium Threshold value for the Link. |
Threshold Low(%) | Type in the Low Threshold value for the Link. |
Under the ERRORS tab, you can view the summary of Link Error details.

Collisions | Displays the number of Collisions occurred during data transfer. |
CRC Errors | Displays the number of CRC Errors occurred during data transfer |
Input Errors | Displays the number of Input Errors occurred during data transfer |
Output Errors | Displays the number of Output Errors occurred during data transfer. |
Current Link Errors | Displays the Current Link Errors for the selected link. |
Last Monitored | Displays the last monitored date and time. |

Link Errors | Displays the Link Error |
Threshold High (Count) | Type in the Threshold value for the High Threshold parameter. |
Threshold Medium (Count) | Type in the Threshold value for the Medium Threshold parameter. |
Threshold Low (Count) | Type in the Threshold value for the Low Threshold parameter. |
Under the RELATIONSHIP tab, you can view the associated Incidents, Service Requests, Change Records, CIs, Problem Records, and Knowledge Records.

Under the EVENT LIST tab, you can view the list of Events logged for the Link. You can filter the Event list based on the selected Event Status and Category. You can view Critical, Warning, Alert, and Information Events.

Event Status | Lists the Event status. Select an Event status to filter and display the Event list. |
Category | Lists the Categories. Select a Category to filter and display the Event list. |

Critical | You can view the list of Critical Events logged for the Link. |
Warning | You can view the list of Warning Events logged for the Link. |
Alert | You can view the list of Alert Events logged for the Link. |
Information | You can view the list of Information Events logged for the Link. |
Serial Number | Displays the serial number. |
Event ID | Displays the Event identification number. Click the hyperlink to view the Event details. For more information about the fields on Event ID pop-up page, see Event List Report. |
Category | Displays the category of the Event. |
Status | Displays the status of the Event. |
Message | Displays the message configured for the device. |
SOP icon | The icon is displayed if a SOP template is mapped to the device. Click the icon to view the SOP template. For more information see, Mapping Standard Operating Procedures. |
Error | Displays the occurred error in the device. |
Acknowledged | Displays the Event acknowledged status. |
Created Date | Displays the date the Event was created. |
Incident ID | Displays the incident identification number for the Event. Click the hyperlink to view the Incident details. |
Note:
The tabs are displayed based on the configured Service Entitlement for the device.
