Report Description
This report displays the invoice status(es) for the selected filter criteria. Specify the filter criteria to view the particular set of Invoices. For more information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports_Procurement.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Instance | Select the Instance for which you want to view the Invoice Status Report. |
Invoice Status | Select the Invoice Status for which you want to view the Invoice Status Report. |
Invoice Date Between | Select the purchase request From and To date for which you want to view the Invoice Status Report. |

This report displays the invoice status details. Click the Invoice Code hyperlink to view the respective Invoice Code details.
Click Image RemovedImage Added to view the PR Code, PO Code, PO Status, and PO Date.
The following table describes the fields and icons displayed on the Invoice Status Report page.

Image RemovedImage Added | Click the icon to print the report. |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the icon to export the report to a Microsoft Excel Sheet. Click the drop-down arrow, and then click the appropriate option to export the report in Microsoft Word, CSV and XML formats |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the icon to e-mail the report. |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the drop-down arrow to set the number of records that you want to view on one page. |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the icon to modify the report in the report designer. You can add fields, modify field values, add filter values, and so on. For more information about modifying the report, see Creating New Reports Procurement. |
Refresh Every | Select the appropriate duration from the drop-down list. The report is refreshed automatically after the selected duration. |
UPDATE RESULTS | Click the button to update the report. |

Multiple-Selection List Box | Select or remove the fields in the Multiple-Selection List Box to display the report as per your requirement. |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the button to move the selected fields in upward direction. |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the button to move the selected fields in downward direction. |
Image RemovedImage Added | Click the button to view and modify the properties of the selected fields. |
UPDATE RESULTS | Click the button to update the report after adding, removing or reordering the selected fields. |
