You can reallocate the allocated amount of an approved Budget or a part of it to another Budget.
To reallocate a Budget:
- Select Procurement > Configuration > Budget.
- On the BUDGET page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Specify the filter criteria to view a particular set of Budgets. For more information about specifying a filter criteria, see Searching Budget.
- On the BUDGET page, select the approved Budget and click REALLOCATE on the ACTIONS panel. The REALLOCATE BUDGET page is displayed.
Figure: BUDGET page - REALLOCATE icon On the REALLOCATE BUDGET page, select the Budget to which you want to allocate the existing Budget or a part of it, and then click ALLOCATE on the ACTIONS panel.
Figure: REALLOCATE BUDGET pageOn the REALLOCATE BUDGET pop-up page, specify the Allocation Amount and the Currency against it. The Final Amount is displayed as the sum of the Selected Budget Amount and the Allocation Amount. Click SUBMIT.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the REALLOCATE BUDGET page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing the Budgets that are configured for a selected Procurement Tenant.
PRINT TABLE
Click PRINT TABLE to print this page.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records displayed on this page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
EXPORT ALL
Click EXPORT TO ALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
