Symphony SummitAI is informing you that Alps Release family has reached End-Of-Support state starting from Sep 1, 2022. This change is in accordance with the SummitAI Products End-of-Life (EOL) Policy.  

An alternate option is to upgrade to the latest SummitAI Tahoe SP3 Release that will provide you rich feature-set.


SummitAI for ITSM is a modular, cloud-based suite, that offers a wide range of capabilities. From natural language conversations for end users with digital agent CINDE leading to automated resolution, to real-time dashboards that feature key business metrics, to gamification. SummitAI contains three components in addition to the SummitAI Core application:

  • Conversational Virtual Agent (CINDE)
  • Auto Resolution
  • Catch and Dispatch
