Recertification is the process in which a manager can retain or revoke the applications used by his Direct Reports. When the Manager revokes an application for a Direct Report, an SR is raised to remove the application from his system.
The manager can view the Assets and applications of his Direct reports. But the manager cannot recertify the Assets of his Direct Reports.
An End User can recertify the allocated Assets.
