Report Description

Change Record Status Summary report displays the count of CRs for each CR status based on the selected Tenant and time period.

On the table, click the CR count hyperlink to view the CR list for the selected status. On the CHANGE RECORD LIST page, click the CR ID hyperlink to view the CR details. For information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports 2.

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the CHANGE RECORD STATUS SUMMARY page:

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the CHANGE RECORDS STATUS SUMMARY report.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
