Assets By User Report

The Assets By User Report provides a tabular view that displays the Assets allocated to a specific user. You can view the following information: 

• The count of Assets allocated to the user for Asset Category, Floor, and Location of the Asset.
• The count of Consumable and Accessories allocated to the user
• The count of allocated Software Assets by user and by device

Click the count hyperlink of any asset category to view the list of allocated asset(s) in the selected asset category. The details such as Asset ID, Asset code, Store Location, Status, Sub Status, etc. of the asset(s) allocated to the selected user are displayed.

Print Table

Click the Print Table icon  to print the displayed report records. 

Export to Excel

Click the Export to Excel icon  to export the records displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel. 

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ASSETS BY USER REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters to select the Tenant, Action Type, and the user whose Asset details you want to view in the report.

• If the Action Type is selected as Print Allocation Form in Filters, you can view the Asset Allocation Form by clicking the Asset ID on the ASSET LIST pop-up page. 

• If the Action Type is selected as View Asset Details in Filters, you can view the Asset details by clicking the Asset ID on the ASSET LIST pop-up page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL icon to export the records displayed on the report to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

PRINT ALLOCATION FORM

Click PRINT ALLOCATION FORM to view and print the allocation form displaying all the Assets allocated to the user. You can also view information, such as Asset ID, Category of Asset, Asset Code, Asset Location, and so on.. for both fixed and non fixed Assets on the ASSET ALLOCATION FORM.
