What is System Impact?
System Impact refers to the list of systems (Services) that are getting affected due to implementation of a Change (CR) or whose configuration attributes are getting modified due to the implementation of the Change (CR).
To configure System Impact values:
- Select Change > Configuration > System Impact.
- On the SYSTEM IMPACT page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
- Select the Tenant, type in a name for the System Impact in the System Impact Name text box, and specify a numeric value in the Sort Order text box. If you select the Active check box, the System Impact becomes an available option in the System Impact list on the other pages of the application.
- Click SUBMIT. A new System Impact value is configured.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SYSTEM IMPACT page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the System Impact values configured for the selected Tenant.

- To edit a System Impact value, click the Name of the System Impact. Make the appropriate changes and click SUBMIT.
- To display the inactive System Impact values, click the Include Inactive check box.
Note:
When the System Impact values are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to configure a new System Impact value.
