Updating Security Questions

On the UPDATE USER DETAILS page, you can update the Security Questions. If you want to add any Security Questions apart from the configured questions set by the Administrator, you can update the Question and Answer. Based on the configuration, you can view combination of both the configured questions by the Administrator as well as the configured questions you have set. 

To update Security Questions:

  1. On the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT page, click the UPDATE USER DETAILS icon.
  2. On the UPDATE USER DETAILS page, user’s name and login name are displayed.

  3. Type in the password.
  4. Click UPDATE QUESTION/ANSWER. The UPDATE USER DETAILS section is displayed.

  5. If you want to add a new set of Question and Answer, type in the question in the Question field, Answer Type, and answer in the Answer field. Click UPDATE.
  6. If you want to edit an existing Question, click the Edit icon for the Question.

    Note:

    You can click the Eye icon next to the Answer in the grid to view the answer. Click again to hide the Answer.
