About Common View

On the COMMON VIEW page (Operations > User > Views > Common View), you can view the overall performance of the SummitAI IT Operations Management components for a selected Tenant. On this page, you can view the details of all the configured devices. On the COMMON VIEW page, you can view the Availability & Utilization charts.

It consists of the following sections: Current Availability Status, Events FOR last 24 hours, Server Utilization, Network Device & Link Utilization, Down Details, and Open Events for last six months.

Current Availability Status

In this section, you can view the availability status of the components, such as Server, Device, Link, URL, Printer, and Proxy. The availability status of the component is displayed as a graph. You can mouse over on the graph to view the number of devices, which are down or up. Click the graph to view the status details.

Events for Last 24 Hours

In this section, you can view the Events logged in last 24 hours for the SummitAI IT Operations components, such as Server, Device, Link, URL, Printer, and Proxy. You can also view the number of Events logged for each component. You can mouse over to view the percentage of the total events logged in the last 24 hours. Click the graph to view the Event details.

Server Utilization

In this section, you can view reports, such as top ten downtime of the Server within a month, top ten hard disk utilization, top ten CPU utilization, and top ten memory utilization. You can mouse over to view the Host Name, and utilization percentage.

Network Device & Link Utilization

In this section, you can view reports, such as top ten downtime of device for last 30 days, top ten device CPU utilization for network devices, view top ten device memory utilization, top ten Link downtime, top ten Link Inbyte Utilization, and top ten Outbyte Utilization. You can mouse over to view the Host Name, and utilization percentage.

Down Details

In this section, you can view details of devices, which are down. You can view the down details for Server, Device, Link, and URL.

Open Events for last six months

In this section, you can view the Events, which are in open status for last six months for Servers, Network Devices, Network Links, and Applications. Click the name of the component to view the open issues of the component.

In the graphical view, you can rotate the graph and view the count of the displayed parameters. Click the graph to view the Device Details. Similarly, you can view the same report in tabular view.

The page gets refreshed with updated data as per the Refresh Interval. Click the Maximize Screen icon to maximize the dashboard screen.

Left Pane and Graphs

On the left pane, you can view Search text box and filter criteria. You can filter the entities based on location, proxy, vendor, customer, Server groups, criticality, vital business function, and virtualization. Based on the selected filter, the associated entities configured for the filter are displayed in tree view. Based on the associated device's status, respective color code is displayed for the value in the tree chart. The devices that are up are represented in green, red represents the devices which are down and yellow represents the devices which are not monitored. It also displays the count of devices configured for that entity. Click the component value to view the device details. You can also search for a specific device from the selected filter criteria using the Search text box. The relevant search result is highlighted in the tree view. You can view the devices which are up, down and not monitored. Based on the selected device, the relevant graphs are displayed in the right pane.

For Example: If you search for a device using Virtualization from the drop-down list, you can view the configured Hyper-V and VMware Servers for the selected Tenant. You can also view the count of each Virtual Server. You can view the device report of the selected Server devices on the right-pane. The report is displayed for the selected device or group of devices.
