Keywords Related to Custom Attributes

Two new Keywords related to Custom Attributes, *CUSTOM_ATTR_SMS* and *CUSTOMATTRIBUTE*, are added. The End Users can now receive notifications through SMS and e-mail about the Custom Attributes configured on the FORM BUILDER page.

On the NOTIFICATION TEMPLATE page (Admin > Advanced > Notifications > Notification Template > Select a Tenant > Select a Template Name > Click the Keywords hyperlink), you can view the list of all the Keywords. For more information about Notification Templates, see Configuring Notification Template.

Keywords Related to Change Management

Following new Keywords are added related to Change Management:

  • *CH_PLAN_START_TIME* for Planned Start Time
  • *CH_PLAN_END_TIME* for Planned End Time
  • *CH_DOWN_START_TIME* for Downtime Start
  • *CH_DOWN_END_TIME* for Downtime End
  • *CH_IMPACT* for Impact
