ARequesting Multiple Software Using Single Service Request SR
Problem Statement
Earlier, the End Users had to raise an SR for each Software request. This was time consuming and , sometimes, frustrating for the End Users.
What's Happening Now?
End Users can request for Software using the Service Request Form, all the requested Software are deployed on the End User's Asset through Runbook Automation. The Software License stock is validated and allocated during the installation process. This is achieved through the NEW SERVICE REQUEST page(Request > User > New Service Request).
