Enhancement in column attributes of the Cis in the global search list when the CMDB option is selected.  



User Persona: Admin

The following column attributes of the CI like Device/Host Name, Serial No., and CI owner details have been incorporated when the customer searches for the CI related details when the CMDB option is selected.

  • They provide a unique identifier for each asset in the organization.

  • It allows for tracking of assets from procurement to decommissioning.

  • Assigns responsibility to a specific individual or team for the management and upkeep of a Configuration Item (CI)

Problem Aging by Workgroup report

The Problem Aging by Workgroup Report provides a comprehensive overview of open and resolved issues, categorized by workgroup.

Enable knowledge article authorization for analysts

User Persona: Admin / Analyst

The enhancement extends authorization permissions to all workgroup analysts by implementing a configuration at the Tenant level.

  • Reduces the approval timelines 
  • Allows the workgroup analysts to quickly approve knowledge records

Configure Reminder Notification for CR not moved to Implemented after Planned End Date

User Persona: Admin / Analyst

CR tracking is more effective with Reminder notification when the CR is not moved to the Implemented state. By implementing alert notification frequency users have less chance to improve the CR process

View Email Body in Task History of the Change Request 



User Persona: Admin / Analyst

Send Task Activation Notification Email with the configured email body to the mentioned recipients in the Task along with Workgroup and Caller.

  • This enhancement in Task management supports in informing to the required audience about the Task activation notification.

Configuring IMAP for Google workspace and integrating email to ticket feature for IMAP configuration.

Audit Trail report to track the changes made for any fields or forms.

This Audit Trail report provides an overview of the modifications made to a specific screen or page, including details such as the users who made the changes, the affected columns or fields, and the addition or removal of users.

Global Search to support Tas


User Persona: Admin 

Search Tasks using Task ID, Status or any of column list attributes to get the desired result.

  • Required Task search results help to navigate to tasks at a quicker pace. 

Import of Extension Attributes from Azure AD into Summit Database 


User Persona: Admin / Analyst

A new feature is being proposed to enable the import of extension attributes from Azure AD directly into the Summit Database, enhancing data integration. This will streamline data synchronization, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available across systems.

  • By importing extension attributes from Azure AD into the Summit Database, data consistency is maintained across platforms. 

  • The integration allows for more comprehensive user profiles within the Summit Database, enabling better decision-making and personalized services based on enriched data attributes.

Service Management

Requestor should be able to delete the attachments (until a specific status)

This enhancement allows the Requestor/Initiator to delete the attachments that are uploaded in the Change Record.
