The Administrators can map the Applications to a User so that the Manager can review the Applications used by his Direct Reports.
On the USER APPLICATION MAPPING page, select the User, select the Applications to be mapped to the User and click SUBMIT. For more information about the fields, see Field Description.
You can select multiple Users and map with the Applications. |
The following table explains the fields in the USER APPLICATION MAPPING page:

User Search | Type in the User name and click |
Selected Users | Displays the selected user. Select the User and click |
Applications | Displays the list of configured Applications. Select the check box corresponding to the Application to map it to the selected users. |

IMPORT USER APPLICATION MAPPING
Click this icon to import the User Application mapping from a Microsoft Excel sheet.
To import User Application Mappings:

SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to view the LIST table showing all the mapped Users sorted by the Access Type.

When the configured mappings are displayed under the List table, the ADD NEW button is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to configure a new Application User mapping. |
