Viewing Reports

The Administrators can map the Applications to a User so that the Manager can review the Applications used by his Direct Reports.

To map Applications to a User:

  1. Click Request > Configuration > Recertifications > User Application Mapping.
  2. Click ADD NEW. The USER APPLICATION MAPPING page is displayed.

  3. On the USER APPLICATION MAPPING page, select the User, select the Applications to be mapped to the User and click SUBMIT. For more information about the fields, see Field Description.

    You can select multiple Users and map with the Applications.

Field Description

The following table explains the fields in the USER APPLICATION MAPPING page:

Field

Description

User Search

Type in the User name and click  to select the users.
Alternatively, click , search the user and click OK. Click to select the users.

Selected Users 

Displays the selected user. Select the User and click  to deselect the User.

Applications

Displays the list of configured Applications. Select the check box corresponding to the Application to map it to the selected users.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons on the ACTIONS panel of the USER APPLICATION MAPPING page.

IMPORT USER APPLICATION MAPPING

Click this icon to import the User Application mapping from a Microsoft Excel sheet.

To import User Application Mappings:

  1. Click DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE in the ACTIONS panel to download the Microsoft Excel Template.
  2. Fill in the required details in the Microsoft Excel sheet and save it on your drive.
  3. Click   to upload the saved Microsoft Excel sheet.
  4. Click UPLOAD to map the User and Application from the uploaded sheet.

SHOW LIST

Click SHOW LIST to view the LIST table showing all the mapped Users sorted by the Access Type.

When the configured mappings are displayed under the List table, the ADD NEW button is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to configure a new Application User mapping.
