The Users with Express edition license can log an SR without using Service Catalog.
To log Service Request(s):
- Click Request > User > New Service Request. NEW SERVICE REQUEST page is displayed.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the NEW SERVICE REQUEST page.
Field | Description |

Workgroup | Select the required Workgroup in the drop-down list. |
Category | Click and select the category in the list. |
Subject | Type in the subject of the Service Request. |
Description | Type in the description of the Service Request. |
Attachment | Click and upload the related files. |
Note:
The Service Request logged without using the Service Catalog does not require any Approval.
