Users

These Users have access to perform the following actions related to the Service Catalog Management module:

• Create Service Catalogs, see Creating Service Catalogs_SCM.
• View or update Service Catalogs, see Viewing and Updating Service Catalogs
• Approve and publish Service Catalogs, see Approving and Publishing Service Catalogs.
• Configure Service Catalogs Package, see Configuring Service Catalog Packages_SCM

Most often, these users as same as the Administrators. In certain cases, few users may be given the required access. For example: HR Head or any head of the department.
