Administrators_SCM

Administrators are the users with special privileges who can configure the SummitAI IT Management Suite as per the organization's requirements. They have access to configure the various options in the application, which are then available to the Analysts and End Users.

You, as an Administrator, can perform the following actions using the Service Catalog Management module:

• Approve, reject, or publish Service Catalogs, see Approving and Publishing Service Catalogs.
• Configure Approvers, see Configuring Approvers.
• Configure HOD, see Configuring HOD.
• Configure Service Category, see Configuring Service Category.
• Configure SR Approval Workflow, see Configuring SR Approval Workflow.
